What if my product is not delivered on time?

Luchibabu uses DTDC courier service for dispatches across India. Generally, DTDC delivers in 2 – 3 working days from the date of dispatch. In special destinations, delivery might take 3 – 5 working days. If your order doesn't arrive within the stipulated time, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or call at 7980475139 for customer support.

How should I store the products after receiving them?

For optimal freshness, store the products in the deep freeze (in frozen condition only) since we use no added preservatives or stabilizers.

Will the products stay good during transit time?

Yes, all Luchibabu products stay good for 5 – 7 days at room temperature during transit. Once received, store the parcel in the frozen section of the refrigerator.

What if I don't receive the order within the mentioned time?

In unusual circumstances, contact us immediately through email or message/call. We'll coordinate with the DTDC courier team to expedite the delivery. Your support and cooperation during such instances are highly appreciated. If DTDC is unable to deliver the parcel, we'll refund your payment within 3 – 5 working days from the date of the raised complaint. The refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.

How should I use the products after taking them out of the deep freeze/freezer?

Thaw the products (all Luchibabu items) for 2 - 3 hours after taking them out from the deep freeze. Allow them to come back to room temperature until each piece separates from the others, and then fry in hot oil. Alternatively, warm the items in a microwave-safe dish for 30 – 50 seconds until each piece separates. If you wish to use them immediately after taking them out of the deep freeze/freezer, follow the defrost process in the microwave.

How should I store the open/half-used packet?

Any unused packet can be resealed and kept in the deep freeze for the next use. Place it in an airtight container for the best results. Consume the remaining items within 15 – 20 days after opening.
