Refund policy
What can be returned:
- All damage intimation be done thru WhatsApp or email, with photographs / videos on same day of receipt or by next day of receipt of product..
How to return an item:
- Since these are Food Items, it cannot be returned.
However, if you have any damage complaint, then it should be informed to us over email, on the day of Order receipt or the next working day. - Contact us at contact@luchibabu.com .
Refunds:
- If approved, you will receive a full refund within 72 hours to your bank account.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
- Once received product should be kept in refrigerated at 0 to - 5 degree.
