This Privacy Statement describes how MFT Alliance (“MFT”), is the licensed owner of the brand Luchi Babu and has the right to sell the products with and under the brand of LuchiBabu, the website Luchibabu.com (“The Website”) manage personal information and respect your privacy. This policy may be amended from time to time. We encourage visitors to and users of our Websites to regularly review our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Shield Framework
MFT participates in and has certified its compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 ("Sensitive Information Rules") which requires every business in India, which collects, receives, possesses, stores, transmits, processes or can associate pretty much any other verb with 'personal information' directly under a contractual obligation with the provider of information, to have a privacy policy. MFT is committed to subjecting all personal data received from in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles.

MFT is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework. Collection of Personal Information
MFT will collect personally identifiable information about you only as part of a voluntary registration process, or any combination thereof. The Site may contain links to other Web sites. MFT is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Web sites which it does not own, manage or control. MFT uses one or more outside credit/debit card processing companies to bill you for our goods and services. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
We also share Personal Information with certain companies that perform services on our behalf. We only share the Personal Information which is necessary for them to perform those services. We require any company with which we may share Personal Information to protect that data in a manner consistent with this policy and to limit the use of such Personal Information to the performance of services for MFT.
