An autumn flush black tea sourced from the majestic hills of Darjeeling region from an elevation of 4500-5000ft above sea level. This exquisite black tea, made from heritage chinary bushes, stands out for its full-bodied liquor, adorned with fruity flavor with nutty undertones. We have named this tea after the early morning dew, just before the winter starts.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma – Sweet fruity with underlying nutty and woody tones
Liquor – Amber and bright
Flavor – Caramel, woody, nutty with a pleasing astringency and smooth texture
Steeping Instructions:
1. Add 1 teaspoon (2-2.5 gms) of tea leaves per cup (of 180-200 ml) in a teapot
2. Boil freshly filtered water (at 85° - 90°C) and pour it over the tea leaves
3. Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending upon your taste preference
4. Strain the tea in a cup and enjoy. Best served without milk and sugar.
