Spring Excellency is a good quality yet affordable first flush black tea. Sourced from a premium Darjeeling tea estate, and made from century old chinary bushes, this tea is your perfect companion for everyday drinking. 

Tasting Notes:

Aroma – Floral with fruity hints

Liquor – Golden yellow, clear and bright

Flavor – Mild floral with fruity hints and a lingering pleasant astringency

Steeping Instructions:

1.     Add 1 teaspoon (2-2.5 gms) of tea leaves per cup (of 180-200 ml) in a teapot

2.     Boil freshly filtered water (at 85° - 90°C) and pour it over the tea leaves

3.     Allow the tea to steep for 3-4 minutes, depending upon your taste preference

4.     Strain the tea in a cup and enjoy. Best served without milk and sugar.
