Clonal Delight is a light bodied spring black tea, made from delicate leaves and shoots that are plucked during early spring. This delicate tea has a fresh floral flavor, with fruity notes and a delicate astringency. A tea to relish during any time of the day.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma – Floral, vegetal with ripe fruit undertones
Liquor – Light yellow, clear and bright
Flavor – Floral with ripe fruity undertones and a pleasant, lingering astringency
Steeping Instructions:
1. Add 1 teaspoon (2-2.5 gms) of tea leaves per cup (of 180-200 ml) in a teapot
2. Boil freshly filtered water (at 85° - 90°C) and pour it over the tea leaves
3. Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending upon your taste preference
4. Strain the tea in a cup and enjoy. Best served without milk and sugar.
