Murg kochuri is a type of kochuri, which is a fried flour bread, that is popular in bengali and Mughlai cuisines. It is made with a dough that contains all purpose flour, salt, ghee, and water. It is filled with a stuffing made of soft, boneless mashed chicken, fried onion, ginger garlic paste, and other spices.
