Brewing Instructions

1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.

2. For the First Flush, let the water cool slightly for a minute (around 85°C) to protect the delicate leaves. For the Second Flush, you can use water just off the boil (around 90-95°C).

3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves in your cup or teapot.

4. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes to perfectly release the complex, authentic aromas.

5. Strain and enjoy black to fully experience the tasting notes, or add your preferred sweetener.
